SELF-ESTEEM AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

My confidence coaching will help you gain an understanding of your self-worth by looking at strategies to help you create a positive mental attitude. You will develop a greater self-awareness; identify what areas you are lacking self-confidence. Your self-esteem influences every decision in your life, having low levels of self-esteem unconsciously results in self-criticism and psychological disorders such as depression and anxiety. 

In today’s unprecedented environment, many people are losing their jobs and asking themselves what they did wrong and why they were selected to be made redundant. If this has happened to you, it will inevitably have a knock-on effect on your self-esteem. However, it is important not to doubt yourself. Being confident is fundamental to achieving the career and life you want.

Setting goals is simple; achieving them is often a different story. I often meet people who say they have goals, but when I meet them one year or two years later, they are nowhere near achieving their goals. Do not be this person!

Learning how to set and accomplish your goals is a skill in itself and I can assist you with creating realistic targets, developing a pathway and making yourself accountable. Reaching your goals will require commitment of your personal sacrifice and hard work. EMOTIONAL RESILIENCE

Emotional resilience is your ability to adapt to a stressful experience. It is about being able to power through your overburden mind after encountering an adverse event. When we get emotional, we rarely make logical, rational decisions. Does this sound like you? If so, you don’t have to do it alone. I am here to help.

However, it is all too simple to let your emotions lead you, especially if you are experiencing a life changing situation. Having emotional resilience is an important skill and it is something I can help you develop. When we are resilient, we can adapt to any given circumstance in times of adversities. As someone who had quite a traumatic childhood, I would have benefited from a coach specialising in emotional resilience. We all have different ways of handling difficulties and significant changes, and for some people, it can be difficult navigating this tumultuous period. I would like to share my own experience in case you can resonate some of your difficulties in my story.
