Hello, my name is Theresa Celine, I provide coaching and consulting services in London, the UK and Europe for individuals who suffer with confidence in their professional or personal life. I can help you in a number of areas including self-esteem & personal development, workplace confidence, emotional resilience and setting goals. Whatever you are seeking, I offer inspiration, guidance and advice in a warm and supportive environment.

I grew up in a very testing environment and despite this, I managed to achieve all of my goals, including studying law and working in corporate at Goldman Sachs. I combine these personal experiences with my skills and knowledge to offer unique coaching and consulting that will help you develop your character and accomplish your personal goals. I achieve this by providing a non-judgemental approach by creating a respectful and confidential coaching relationship.

It’s not always simple picking yourself up and I offer self-esteem and personal development coaching to get you back on the road to developing positive habits. Life coaching will help you to plan and move forward strategically to living a life of abundance and confidence.

SETTING GOALS

We all want to have a life full of accomplishments, but most of us don't achieve this. This is where the magic of setting goals comes in. Learning how to set realistic goals and developing a framework for achieving them is a skill that not everybody possesses. If you frequently set unattainable goals with little success, my setting goals coaching and consulting will give you the tools and strategies to develop this skill.

WORKPLACE CONFIDENCE

There are a number of issues that may be affecting your workplace confidence. You may be in a rut, may have been made redundant, struggling with your work-life balance  or you could be experiencing workplace bullying. Whatever it is, I will support you in devising strategies to improve your situation.

EMOTIONAL RESILIENCE

Learning how to control your emotions in times of distress is a critical skill and can be the difference in turning a negative situation into a positive one. With coaching, you'll be able to manage your emotional resilience better, so that when you do receive unpleasant news, you'll be able to learn and grow from the event.  

 

 

MY APPROACH

I offer both coaching and consulting in London, the UK and Europe. The difference between the two can sometimes become blurred, but consulting is much more hands-on while coaching is about helping you pull the answers out of yourself. Often clients will require a mixture of both approaches and I’ll be able to give you all the information you need during the free consultations I offer.
